It has also been found rigging its search results to promote the online stores that serve benefits to the company. Following the discovery, Elizabeth Warren called for breaking up Amazon. Amazon has was found implementing a similar strategy in the American market.


Elizabeth Warren, US Senator, said that Amazon was able to rig the platform to benefit its bottom line while negatively affecting small businesses and entrepreneurs. The eCommerce giant is known for boosting its private brands in the Indian market.


As per the reports, Amazon manipulated its search results and knocked off other online sellers by running a systematic campaign in the market.

The Amazon-owned audiobook & podcast platform added that it would offer access to thousands of audiobooks and podcasts to its members at no extra cost. The members would also be able to access the content that was previously available on the Audible Suno App. The same will be available for free of cost.


A user who is yet to experience the product can try it for 30 days. A new user will have access to all the major content on Audible under a free trial period of 1 month. A charge of ₹199/- per month will apply once the trial period is over.


Audible Plus has been launched in the market with a feature to showcase exclusive content on the platform. The exclusive content will include audiobooks and series that would only be available on Audible Plus.

Freshpik, the newly opened ultra-premium grocery store of Reliance Retail, is the first such store in the country. Reliance Retail has currently opened one experimental superstore of the brand in Jio World Drive which is located in Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai.


The superstore offers a wide variety of products. Some of the categories of its portfolio are staples, freshly picked fruits & vegetables, and live microgreens. A few more categories are artisanal cheese, bread, ice creams, and frozen desserts & chocolates.


The Candy Paradise section of Freshpik is a treat for children. They can get their hands on fresh milkshakes, live popcorn, waffles, and cotton candy pop-ups. The superstore allows its customers to get customized 3D printing done on the chocolates at the Cadbury Purple Room.
