:::Maserati, the Italian luxury carmaker, delayed the launch of the Grecale SUV due to a shortage in chip supply across the globe. The SUV was previously scheduled to be launched on November 16, 2021. It will now be launched in the spring of 2022.
An official spokesperson from Maserati issued a statement saying that the demand is high and the production quality would not allow the company to respond properly due to the shortage in chip supply.
:::The administration of Jammu & Kashmir signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Government. The MoU is related to real estate development, IT towers, industrial parks, logistics, multipurpose towers, super-specialty hospitals, medical colleges, and a lot more. The news was shared by Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
Piyush Goyal, the Union Minister of India, called this a very important day. He said that Jammu & Kashmir would play a very important role in India's endeavor to become a world power.

:::Bill Gates and Boris Johnson announced their partnership that has an objective to boost green investment in the United Kingdom. The partnership is estimated to be worth ₹552 million. The co-founder and the Prime Minister of the UK have pledged to scale up the new clean technologies as a part of the UK's goal to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Bill Gates will focus on four major areas namely long-term energy storage, green hydrogen, systems for capturing carbon dioxide directly from the air, and sustainable aviation fuels.
:::Lady Freethinker, an animal rights charity, filed a lawsuit against YouTube in the United States of America. The charity has accused YouTube of failing to remove videos from its platform that portray animal abuse. Nina Jackel, the Founder of Lady Freethinker, called this lawsuit her last straw, as the charity has been asking the Google-owned platform to remove such content for 18 months.
YouTube, reportedly, has around 2,000 videos showing animal cruelty. These videos have over 1.2 billion views. While the platform has taken down 30% of the videos, it still has 70% of the videos available to be viewed by anyone.

:::Instagram launched a new feature called Collabs. It enables two users to author a feed post or a reel jointly through their accounts. You can access the feature by inviting another user for collaboration. Both of you would be able to share a common comment thread, views, and likes as the post would appear to your follower and the followers of the user who has collaborated with you.
The feature was tested in the United Kingdom and India in July 2021.
:::According to a poll conducted by Public Ki Awaaz, 64.6% of the respondents strongly agree that MS Dhoni's mentorship will improve the performance of the Indian Cricket Team in the T20 World Cup 2021. When asked who would be more suitable to replace Virat Kohli as the captain of the Indian Cricket Team, 69.4% said that Rohit Sharma would be a better option while 16.38% of the respondents said that KL Rahul would be a better option to replace Virat Kohli after T20 World Cup 2021. Around 36% of the respondents said that New Zealand's Cricket Team was the strongest opposition to the Indian Cricket Team in T20 World Cup 2021 and 20% favored Pakistan's Cricket Team.
The survey was conducted on Public, a location-based social network. It witnessed the participation of 5 lakhs candidates.

:::The Union Cabinet approved the implementation of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan to boost the multi-modal connectivity to economic zones. The plan is worth approximately ₹10 lakh crore. The objective of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan is to bring in holistic and integrated planning & execution of projects while ending bureaucratic entanglements.
It is expected that 16 major ministries will be a part of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan. Some of the ministries are railways, petroleum & gas, roads & highways, power, and telecom.
:::Alexei Navalny, a critic of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, was rewarded the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought. Alexei Navalny will receive prize money of 50,000 Euros in December 2021. He is currently serving a prison sentence of 2.5 years.
The Sakharov Prize is the European Union's top human rights prize.

:::Nykaa acquired Dot & Key, a Kolkata-based skincare brand. Dot & Key was founded by Anisha Agarwal and Suyash Saraf. The company deals with products like serums, face masks, toners, and cleansers. This is the first direct-to-consumer brand acquired by Nykaa.
Falguni Nayar, the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Nykaa, expressed her excitement about acquiring Dot & Key by saying that the acquisition presented an exciting opportunity for the company to extend its reach to a larger audience.
:::The Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) announced that all the registered investment advisors were barred from advising others to deal with unregulated products. This includes buying and selling digital gold and cryptocurrency.
SEBI mentioned that such advice was not per the provisions of Section 12(1) of the SEBI Act, 1992.
